This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds on orders placed through FluxUnlock. Please read this policy carefully to understand your refund rights and obligations.

1 Refundable Services

FluxUnlock offers refunds for orders in the following circumstances:

  • Unsuccessful Unlock Attempts: If our team is unable to successfully unlock your device after a genuine attempt, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Failures: If a technical error on our platform or in our service delivery prevents your order from being completed as intended, we will refund your payment in full.
  • Customer Request: You may request a refund for any reason before your service has been delivered. Once the unlock service has commenced or been completed, refund eligibility is determined by the circumstances outlined above.

2 Non-Refundable Services

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders where the unlock service has been successfully delivered and completed as requested.
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect device information that prevented service delivery.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour refund window has expired (see timeline below).

3 Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The timeline depends on the following factors:

  • Approval Time: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours of submission.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is processed to your designated account within 48 hours.
  • Bank Processing: Your bank or financial institution may require an additional 1–3 business days to credit the funds to your account.

Please note that weekends and public holidays may extend processing times.

4 Refund Payment Method

All refunds are processed to the bank account information you provided in your FluxUnlock Dashboard Settings. Here's how it works:

  1. Log into your FluxUnlock account and navigate to Settings.
  2. Ensure your bank account details (account name, number, and bank name) are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. If your refund is approved, it will be transferred to the account details on file.

Important: Please verify your bank details are correct before requesting a refund. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account information. If your details change, update them in your Settings immediately.

5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you have two options:

  • Contact Form: Use the Contact Form on our website to submit your refund request. Include your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting details.
  • Support Ticket: If you have an existing account, log in to your dashboard and open a new support ticket with the details of your refund request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Provide as much detail as possible to help us process your request quickly and accurately.

6 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was denied incorrectly or have a dispute regarding this refund policy, you may escalate your case by contacting our support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with this policy.

FluxUnlock reserves the right to review refund requests and deny those that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Fraudulent refund requests or abuse of this policy may result in account suspension.

7 Policy Changes

FluxUnlock reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.
